When is the right time to visit the specialist?

Generally we recommend it on the following cases:

  • Have one year of exposure to pregnancy and still does not happen
  • If your menses are set back recurrently (more than 15 days)
  • If excessive pain is present on menses or sexual intercourse
  • If you had a severe pelvic infection that required treatment with antibiotics or hospitalization
  • If there is sexual dysfunction (premature or retrograde ejaculation, impotence)
  • If you have already achieved a pregnancy but the pregnancy does not reaches term (recurrent abortions)

You do not need to spend a year of exposure to see if any of these problems (2-5)
